Perhaps one of the most widely recognized boulevards in Queens is Woodhaven Blvd.  Its spans across nearly 20 miles or so, and is primarily a link between one end of Queens to the other side which ends up in Brooklyn, and the Belt Parkway.  This is significant in the sense that it cuts across a major section of Queens and serves a vast area.
